Thorns of Emotion….

Emotions are like the reflection of one's shadow.

When it shows, it can't be driven until that which makes it reflect fades away.

Some emotion breeds desolation.

___

Our Memories fades away like the stars of the morning.

Waking up to finding none.

Our minds trying to unfold a chapter of "what if".

Our emotions are dried up like leaves in harmattan.

We all make promises we can't keep.

___

Ones emotion need to be watered as flowers in the garden.

It is so fragile and shouldn't be toiled with.
___

But I know of a person who do not care about emotions.

Funny thing is he takes us by surprise.

He took their fathers.

Leaving them in enraged awe.

Letting their mothers feel the absence of a once annoying soul.
__

How sweet emotions can be, turning a night mare into a fairy tale.

Making one feel the stories untold.

Smiling to memories unseen.
___

How do I inscribe my words in the hearts the young?

When I Do not feel for the world.

My emotions are long gone.

Not hearing the melody of the sound “Love”

How do I get this thorn off my skin?

Thorns of Emotion.
